Stucco subcontracting. Crack repair, patching, texture matching and re-coats on renovations and repaints, plus stucco packages on new builds. Stucco is the trade where a bad patch shouts through the topcoat — we blend ours so the repair disappears, and because we also paint, the patch and the finish coat are the same crew and the same accountability.
Commercial repaints and new-construction paint packages. Offices, storefronts, rental units and community buildings, scheduled around business hours — and full interior/exterior paint-outs for fresh builds, on the builder’s schedule. You get a written number before we start and that number is what you pay.
Make-ready and turnover work. Property managers call us between tenants: patch, texture, repaint, and a pressure wash on the way out — walkways, building exteriors, pool decks and storefront concrete. One call covers all three trades instead of three subs to chase.
How bids work. Send the scope and the address, or walk the site with us. Nate looks at the actual work and writes a real number — itemized, no “TBD” lines — and the crew that quoted is the crew that shows up. If your schedule moves, tell us; sequencing around other trades is normal on our jobs.

Can you handle commercial painting on an occupied property?
Yes. Offices, storefronts and rental units are regular work — we schedule around business hours, protect the areas in use, and leave the site clean at the end of every shift.
Do you take new-construction packages?
Yes — paint and stucco packages for fresh builds are part of our core scope, priced from your plans or a walkthrough and run on the builder’s schedule.
What trades do you NOT do?
We do exactly three trades: painting, pressure washing and stucco. We wash concrete and paver surfaces but we don’t build them, and we don’t do electrical or roofing — so we never tie up your schedule learning on your job.
How fast can you quote?
